Scott Jablow, Mayor of Sedona

Scott Jablow became the mayor of Sedona, Arizona, in 2022 after previously serving as the city's vice mayor. Before his political career, Jablow worked for over 30 years in law enforcement. He has lived in Sedona for more than a decade and has been deeply involved in addressing community concerns, such as housing affordability, tourism management, and traffic issues. 

Scott Jablow shares how a life-changing moment as a teenager shaped his passion for helping others. In his youth, he and his friends assisted in finding a missing child during a snowstorm, and the exhilaration of saving a life left a profound impact on him. This event ignited a lifelong drive to make a difference in people's lives, a theme that has carried through his career in law enforcement and now as the mayor of Sedona. Scott's passion for helping people and leading by example remains at the core of his life's mission.
