We prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants, but the Holomovement, Fundación por el Futuro, and Purpose Earth (event administrators) cannot be held responsible for any injuries, losses, damages, delays, or unforeseen issues caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes situations such as illness, weather, natural disasters, or other unexpected events. Please note that the financial responsibility of the event administrators is limited to the registration fee paid.
Refunds are allowed up to 30 days before the event. Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.

Can I share a room with other attendees?
Yes! Many rooms can accommodate multiple guests, and we'd highly recommend that you consider a roommate option since the availability of rooms are limited and are first come, first serve. If you’re looking for a roommate, you can email us at thewave@holomovement.net for support.
How close are the hotels to the event venue?
All of the recommended hotels are within a 10-minute walk of the venue, making it easy to get to and from The Wave without needing transportation.
Is there a group rate for these hotels?

Do the hotels have parking? Yes, most hotels offer on-site parking, valet, or nearby public parking garages. Check with your chosen hotel for specific parking details and rates.
What amenities do these hotels offer?
All recommended hotels provide:
Free Wi-Fi, comfortable accommodations, walkability to downtown Asheville attractions and on-site dining or easy access to great local restaurants.

Can I extend my stay before or after the event?
Yes! Asheville is a beautiful destination, and we encourage you to explore. If you’d like to extend your stay, contact your chosen hotel directly to check availability.
If you're joining us in Asheville, NC, for the Wave event, we recommend flying into Asheville Regional Airport (AVL), conveniently located just 25 minutes from downtown. However, please note that Asheville's unique rainforest climate can occasionally cause weather-related delays, and flight options at AVL are limited. The airport is also undergoing some construction, so plan for longer check-in times. Alternatively, Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) or Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) offer more flight options and are about 1.5 to 2 hours away by car.
Rental Cars
A rental car isn’t necessary during the Wave Event, as all event locations are within a 10-minute walking distance. However, if you plan to extend your stay in Asheville, we recommend renting a car to explore the area's stunning surroundings, including the Blue Ridge Parkway, waterfalls, and charming small towns.
